Started with a simple frustration.

Like many of you, we've all experienced the frustration of searching through countless folders and files, only to realize we've lost that important document. In 2023, our founder Alex was desperately searching for a client contract at 2 AM before a crucial meeting. That moment of panic sparked the idea for Malafatee.

We decided that in 2024, no one should have to experience that frustration ever again. With advances in AI and cloud technology, we set out to build the document management platform we always wished existed. Today, thousands of users never lose another document.
