Search reads inside your documents, so the lease you remember by one clause turns up without knowing what it was called. It looks at search keys, contacts and notes too, and tells you which folder each result lives in.
Everyone sees what they should.
Set permissions per person or per role, for the whole workspace or folder by folder: view, add, edit, share, download, delete. When a member asks to delete a file, it waits for the owner.
Send a file without letting go of it.
A share link can carry a password, an expiry date and a limit on how many times it opens. You can see how often it has been used, and revoke it whenever you like.
